We offer the following free and impartial services:
- Venue Selection We take the hard part and do it for you, conducting a venue search to match your requirements followed by a comprehensive proposal.
- Delegate Accommodation Booking Service To make life easier for your delegates we can design and print accommodation booking forms using your logo and corporate colours highlighting a selection of hotels, for events of 100 delegates or more.
- Preparation of Bid Documents & Presentation We want you to come to Cardiff. In order to help you make your decision we will show you what we have to offer.
- Access and Local Transport We can provide details of public transport to and from and in and around Cardiff and also information on private hire companies.
- Tours/Social Programmes To make your stay with us more enjoyable we have details local tours/itineraries highlighting various attractions in and around Cardiff.
- Familiarisation Visits If you still unable to decide, contact the Conference Bureau and we will organise and accompany you on a familiarisation visit to potential venues.
- Support Services If you need advise on technical issues, staging/lighting etc. we can provide a comprehensive list of local suppliers.
- Delegate Information To enable conference delegates make the most of their stay in Cardiff, we can supply delegate brochures highlighting things to see and do. We will also attend your conference with our own information stand to give first hand advice.
