Lately there has been a welcome trend towards café and wine bars with a relaxed, continental feel where you can enjoy a cappuccino or a glass of wine and a bite to eat.
At the first sign of sun, tables and chairs magically appear beneath a rainbow of umbrellas, which bloom on the terraces of the Café Quarter. Pubs and bars spill out into the streets. Cardiff locals and visitors alike enjoy the balmy evenings of this relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.
